BeePost is an all-in-one AI-powered social media management software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. The Service allows users to generate text and visual content using artificial intelligence integrations, schedule publications, and manage multiple social media profiles through authorized API connections.
2. Account Registration and Security
To unlock the core capabilities of the Service, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and keep it updated.
- You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials and password.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
- The Company will not be held liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your dashboard.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunding
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Plans"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic cycle (monthly or annually) depending on your choice.
- Automatic Renewal: At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription automatically renews under the exact same terms unless you or the Company cancel it prior to the renewal date.
- Payment Processing: All transaction records and checkouts are routed through secure, encrypted third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal).
- Token Resets: Word and Image AI generation tokens allocated to your active Plan refresh monthly. Unused balances do not roll over to subsequent cycles.
- Refund Policy: Due to the intensive computing resource overhead involved in real-time AI generation, all purchases are non-refundable unless required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
4. Third-Party API Dependency & Social Media Networks
BeePost relies fundamentally on official API channels provided by external networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) to perform content scheduling and data fetching.
⚠️ Third-Party Actions Limitation: The Company is not responsible for any issues, blocks, profile restrictions, or service interruptions caused by modifications, outages, or sudden rate limits applied by third-party social media corporations. Your use of linked profiles must comply entirely with their native Developer Policies.
5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Actions
You agree not to exploit the Platform to generate or deploy malicious content. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Deploying spam, deceptive promotional content, or massive uncoordinated automated schemes.
- Using the built-in AI writer to generate hate speech, illegal material, defamatory texts, or adult content.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying software code of the script.
- Circumventing or attempting to abuse token credit allowances or specific API structural safeguards.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The core software architecture, visual user interfaces, branding, custom graphics, modules, and administrative databases are the exclusive property of SOFTICA INTERNATIONAL LTD.
Your Content: The Company claims no ownership over the raw inputs, uploaded images, or final AI-generated variations processed within your personal profile. You retain full ownership and copyright of the content you publish using our automation architecture.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SOFTICA INTERNATIONAL LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or corporate social media standing, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" operational basis, without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account credentials and system access immediately, without prior warning or liability, if you violate any clause laid out within these Terms or engage in fraudulent actions.
Upon termination, your right to use the active subscription tiers, pending calendar schedules, and historical analytics reports will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute or claim arising from these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent national courts.
